A full-semester, supervised placement — students contribute real work to your team.

Students work 2–6 hours per week at your site, completing a minimum of 60 hours over the semester. Every student receives ongoing employability coaching from BHS staff. This is the deepest partnership we offer — and the most impactful for your pipeline.
